About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized and efficient General Virtual Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be able to perform a variety of administrative tasks, including answering emails, scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and creating presentations. This is a remote position, so you must be comfortable working independently and have a good understanding of the use of technology.



  • Answer emails and phone calls

  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars

  • Create and edit documents

  • Research information and compile reports

  • Manage social media accounts

  • Order supplies and track expenses

  • Other administrative tasks as assigned


  • 3+ year of experience in a virtual assistant role

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

  • Experience with project management software a plus

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Excellent customer service skills
