Requirements
Tasks:
Develop and execute operational strategies that support the organization's overall objectives
Identify areas for improvement and implement initiatives to drive efficiency and productivity
Manage and optimize all aspects of operations, including supply chain, logistics, customer service, and IT
Build and maintain relationships with key partners and vendors
Oversee the development and implementation of new processes and procedures
Manage and mentor a team of operations professionals
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in a start-up environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Experience with ERP and CRM software a plus
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Self-motivated and results-oriented
