About the Role
Requirements
Task:
Identify potential clients and reach out to them by phone or email
Qualify potential clients and determine their interest in our products or services
Schedule appointments for our sales team
Follow up with potential clients to ensure that they are still interested and to answer any questions they may have
Maintain a detailed log of calls and appointments
Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly appointment goals
Qualifications:
2+ year of experience in sales or customer service
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Experience with CRM software a plus
Can set 10-15 solid appointments/weekÂ
Existing data/leads are optionalÂ
