Responsibilities:

  • Phone Powerhouse:

  • Answer and direct incoming calls professionally and courteously.

  • Gather accurate information and route calls to appropriate team members.

  • Take messages and document key details of conversations.


  • Administrative Ace:

  • Generate and process invoices accurately and efficiently.

  • Create and maintain spreadsheets for data organization and analysis.

  • Prepare reports and presentations using Google Suite tools.

  • Manage calendars and schedule appointments for team members.

  • Handle travel arrangements and expense reports (if applicable).

  • Provide general office support, including filing, document management, and ordering supplies.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.

  • Proven ability to multitask effectively and prioritize tasks in a busy environment.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Proficiency in Google Suite tools (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail, Calendar).

  • Willingness to learn new software and adapt to changing tasks.

  • Positive attitude and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Bonus points:

  • Experience with invoicing software or accounting systems.

  • Virtual Assistant experience.
