Responsibilities:
Answer and direct phone calls professionally and efficiently.
Compose and send emails to clients and internal team members.
Manage client calendars and schedule appointments.
Assist with client background checks, including gathering information and verifying documents.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records.
Prepare and organize meeting materials.
Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.

Requirements
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Admin Assistant or in a similar role.
Strong organizational and time management skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Detail-oriented and able to work accurately under pressure.
