
About the Role
Responsibilities:
Manage the filing system for property management documents, ensuring that all documents are easily accessible and properly organized.
Handle property management tasks such as scheduling maintenance, coordinating with vendors, and processing tenant requests.
Follow up on taxes and leases, ensuring that all deadlines are met and that all required documentation is filed on time.
Provide general administrative support to the Property Management team, including scheduling appointments, preparing presentations, and handling correspondence.
Experience with QuickBooks is a plus but not a requirement.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Or Google Suite.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
Experience in real estate property management is a plus.
Experience with QuickBooks is a plus.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
