We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for:
Inbound and Outbound Calls:
Proactively identify and qualify leads through phone calls and email outreach.
Develop strong relationships with potential clients and understand their needs.
Present our products and services in a clear and concise manner.
Overcome objections and close deals effectively.
Set appointments for follow-up meetings and demos.
Additional Responsibilities:
Manage and update CRM entries with accurate information.
Create and maintain professional documentation in Google Docs.
Manage Google My Business listings and respond to reviews on Yelp.
Provide excellent customer service via email and phone.
Work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 year of sales experience (preferred).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in Google Docs, Yelp, and Gmail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A positive attitude and a passion for exceeding expectations.
