Requirements
Tasks:
Answer inbound calls from prospective customers
Qualify leads and identify their needs
Present products or services to customers
Close deals and meet or exceed sales quotas
Build and maintain relationships with customers
Provide excellent customer service
Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends
Qualifications:
2+ year of experience in sales or customer service
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong sales and negotiation skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Experience with CRM software a plus
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Self-motivated and results-oriented
