Tasks:
Generate leads through online marketing, cold calling, and networking
Qualify prospects and assess their needs

Negotiate contracts and close deals
Provide excellent customer service throughout the real estate transaction
Stay up-to-date on market trends and competitor activity
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in real estate sales
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong negotiation and closing skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Experience with real estate CRM software a plus
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Self-motivated and results-oriented
